Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?
Dr. Rodriguez has always enjoyed having the chance to work with his hands; he played with Legos as a kid, and over time he developed interests in design, engineering, manufacturing, and assembly. These interests are what eventually led to him pursuing dentistry, and he’s quite happy with his choice of career!
Where Did You Study Dentistry?
Dr. Rodriguez is a Martin County native. He was born and raised in Jensen Beach and graduated from Martin County High School. He then went on to attend the University of Florida, where he graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in microbiology & cell science. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of California, San Francisco. He then completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Nevada, where he was trained in surgical dental implant placement and restoration as well as intravenous sedation.
Dr. Rodriguez maintained his own private practice in San Francisco’s Financial District, focusing on implant, cosmetic, and general dentistry, in a historic building in Jackson Square. He also held a clinical faculty position at the University of California, San Francisco’s Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency Program.
Dr. Rodriguez has extensive experience in dentures and dental implant solutions, from single teeth to full arch replacement, and he’s excited to answer any questions you may have about your dental health goals!
Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
In his spare time, Dr. Rodriguez enjoys boating, fishing, cooking, and spending time with his wife, son, and bernedoodle.
